Your RAM is too low... although the minimum spec %26lt;according to Microsoft%26gt; is 64Mb, with 128Mb being recommended you really need 256Mb minimum to get anything like performance out of it, double that again and you'll get a system that performs well

Addition: Low disk space isnt an issue here, as you have 25Gb free on your system partition. Hard disc usage has very little bearing on a systems speed, at least not until theres less than 15% of the drive free, as then defrag wont run. A properly optimised drive can be as full as you like, as long as the data is in the right places...ie: by the time the drive head has read one piece of data, the disc has spun to put the next bit it needs right under the drive head, so reading appears seamless

You need more memory, it also sounds like you have an odd combination of memory sizes (128 +64 ?) or 3 64 mb memory cards installed. I'd go for all the memory I could install, 512 megs or more if your motherboard will accept it . IM programs, virus scanners and online jukebox programs will also slow down your machine, Uninstall any you don't really need and see what happens.
I think you should upgrade your harddrive. it looks like over 1/4 of your hd is used yet you only have 10gb on it.
192 ram? Wow, that is very low! No wonder it's dragging. Time to kick that up...a lot.
Your ram is Too low... it's less than minimum requirement... yes AND THERE'S NO 192 MB RAM...... it must be 128 mb..
