The first suspect is that your hard drive if too full to accept the download.

Right click on the hard drive, Properties. If the drive is full, delete some stuff, but first get rid of the junk.

CLEANUP STUFF

Open IE, Tools, Internet Options, Delete Cookies, Delete Files (check offline also).

Start, Run, type %temp%, Delete all files and folders. Some may say that they are in use, skip them until the next time you do this procedure.

Good Luck

Hello. It sounds like you're downloading an app to a floppy disc, and if so a floppy can only handle 1.44mb... so not even two whole megabytes! What you need to do is either put it onto a CD-R (or the like) OR put it into a special file... and have it sent to there. So you've got to get a real small app to fit onto a floppy, and even then it needs to be formatted... yes, even though you bought it formatted. So next time you want to do it, put it onto a disc or download it to a "MY DOWNLOADS" file section in the "My Computer or My Documents" section. After that, I'd skip whatever one you're trying to use and get AVG's latest free antivirus. I use them along with Spyware Terminator and a great little app called CCleaner to clean out my internet cache... you know... the cookies (especially the MRU type which are real bad), typed urls, etc.). Get these for free and get the updates on the first two and get your system protected. Do it!
