I had an account "katsnera" on Yahoo! I used it everyday (I use this account rarely).

2 days ago, I answered a question on Yahoo! Answer 'bout key and activation method of Norton Antivirus 2006 (I bought a CD, there's a method inside guiding how to activate the product free, some kind of crack). And then my Yahoo! Account was deactivated.

So did my answer break any rule or sth like that of "Term of service". Is there anyway to reactivate my account?

well what you were trying to do is illegal...so i dont see why they would let you have an account with them, probly security measures to keep u from hacking into YAHOO! because you were wanting to know how to get into the Anti-Virus program..

Okay yes and Maybe 1. yes it was TOS because you were talking bout Pirating or ripping off something for free or talking bout keygens which is kind of the samething as.. the other part maybe u can get your account back but yet i have no idea im not really sure of it kuz ive never had it done to me before excpet getting my answer taken off as well for talking bout sites that u can do that
yes of course you have broken the rule of yahoo answers community guideline of customer care and terms of service..as your yahoo account is deactivated..as a conscious user i will say not to post as those sort of answers..and once your account is deactivated or flagged it can't be retrieved..but you can re-resister into a new account and be careful of community guideline and terms of service while using your account in posting answers,questions,mails and comments to other users..i personally feel very sad about you...as you didn't try misuse your account intentionally,you wanted to help another thru your answer rather...i can understand your feelings and agony in this incidence...but what todo..a rule is always a rule..so.don get upset...have peace....
