defender's like having nothing. spyware scanner and adware scanner are a must. avg is one of the best, just keep it updated and run often. i run mine everyday
There is none that I am aware of that integrates them all that is free. But you can install them all individually and keep them updated.

My recommendations for free security software on a windows pc are:

AVG for antivirus http://www.grisoft.com

Clamwin for 2nd layer on-demand antivirus http://www.clamwin.com

spybot for anti-spyware http://www.safer-networking.org

Adaware free for second second level anit-spyware

Hijackthis to check for startup and browser helper changers to the registry.

Zonealarm for a free active firewall

Firefox for safer web browsing http://www.getfirefox.com

Thunderbird for safer email with built in anti-spam http://www.getfirefox.com

Thats about it, just remember anything you download you should scan with both avg and clam first. Any attachment you receive you should scan before opening. Also a password on windows and encrypting data that is important is another very good idea. You can use windows built in encryption or look at trucrypt http://www.truecrypt.org/. Then you will have a very secure safe computer.
Use nod32 (http://www.eset.com) for virus protection and zonealarm (http://www.zonealarm.com) as a firewall.
Too much will kill it, stick to one each, I wouldnt use Defender, it defend you PC as much as a dog that doesnt bark.
get rid of windows defender and get rid of avg and download avast also get spybot search and destroy and get a better fire wall
I think a little more info from you would help, especially in regard to "risky behaviors", and how pro-active you are in maintaining your own computer.
