Okay when i first turn on my laptop a free trial of window washer pops up. I don't have the option to "cancel", it either says "continue with triall" or "buy now". In order to get it out of the way, I press continue with trail just so I can get the rest the programs up and running. Okay, so I looked on the "ADD/REMOVE Programs" and its not there for me to remove. So what do I do?? I have Norton AntiVirus and that hasn't warned me about any serious viruses. I know that Windows Washers is making my computer act kinda wierd.

A program like Search and Destroy (you can get it at www.download.com safely) monitors changes to your system registry so you can tell it to stop letting Windows Washer run.
If you're feeling more adventurous, go to Run (in the start menu) and type regedit.exe. Find the offending file and delete it for good. Be careful using this route, don't mess around in there. A few misplaced clicks and your computer might not start up. If you need more help, do a simple search for regedit.exe in a search engine, there are tons of guides.
Another program you could use would be Hijack This, which allows you to access your system registry. You can use google to search the entries to see what programs they belong to.
