keep getting this pop up"System error

iv tried to fix it with spyware doctor, nortan antivirus, and smitfree download in normal mode and safe mode but still get the pop up when using internet explorer and when searching in goolgle every time it offers free porn download and free repair tool.

is there any help for me iv been at it for two days now shutting down and restarting my labtop, driving me mad.

PS : do not download or click any buttons it says you have to click just leave it alone !

by the way as symantec says the threat level is low so its nothing to be worried about but remove it ASAP !

theres no need to format or even to reinstall your OS dont listen ! this is the best way ;)
