My computer is slow....?

Ok, first off...I am pretty good at computers, but I am confused.

I have great anti spy, anti virus, and a great firewall.

Zonealarm Security Suite 7 with antispy and antivirus

Adaware

Ashampoo Antispyware

AVG

AVG anti Spyware

Just For Reference. I dont really like to use free programs cause they aren't as good as ones you pay for, as a rule, like Zonealarm catches everything that the others catch and miss...so I usually only run ZA daily...the others weekly. They are also up to date. Spyware, Adware, Virus...etc...not the issue.

I also have the dominator cooler that cools the ram.

I ran the program that comes with this motherboard, and everything runs cool. My CPU runs 24-36 Celsius, which is way cool enough.

But, even with having no problems I have a slow computer...

Sounds like your shutting off services that need to be running.Start up programs are one thing but you are f*cking tweaking it to much.Try forcing your main system files to your ram while your at it.
