Should I uninstall AVG 7.5 Free now that I have installed Zone Alarm (full suite)?

Zone Alarm advises that other anti-virus, anti-spyware programs running at same time as Zone Alarm could cause system crashes. AVG 7.5 does a daily brief scan. In case Zone Alarm does an auto scan at the same time, would I be better uninstalling AVG 7.5? There doesn't seem an option just to switch off AVG

Now that you have the full suite of Zone Alarm, there is no need for you to have AVG 7.5 on your computer. Zone Alarm is going to cover as being an anti-virus for your computer now. Keeping AVG is pointless and may lead to system crashes!

Yes, uninstall it. You dont want 2 antiviruse programs., but I would keep the Avg free program because sll of those viruse programs slow down your computer.

Actually, you should have uninstalled AVG 1st before installing ZoneAlarm.

I run avg free as well as ZA Pro.

The antivirus of avg doesn't interfere with ZA, in fact they run well together with no conflicts.

You need the protection because ZA has an effective but basic viral scanner but an excellent stealth mode firewall.

AVG free has an extremely basic firewall but an excellent viral scanner.

Keep em both.
Uninstall AVG 7.5 ASAP! I had it on my computer and it only made things slower, and SpySweeper tracked it as a virus.....
