I recently downloaded many things and now my internet ceases to function.?

The programs are as follow:

CCleaner

WinPatrol

PC Tools Antivirus

PC Tools Firewall

I don't know what i did wrong. Can anyone help me? If you can't help me in one comment feel free to email me.

All are reputable programs. None of them should have caused you any problems IF you downloaded them from the vendors website.

But, if you stole them using Limewire, torrents or some other method , then well you get what you paid for!
