ok my computer has loads of pop ups that pop up even when im not even using internet explorer!!!! I've been using norton antivirus to try to remove it but it doesn't work and it doesn't stop the pop ups from coming back. Also i've used Spybot to remove it but that doesnt work either!!!!! Help!!! can someone plz recommend something 2 use thats free and safe to download????? and something that works!!

No single program can detect and eradicate all adaware and spyware. It is best to use multiple programs, I recommend using Ad-aware and Spybot which are among the best (they are free).
If your willing to spend about $20, Webroot Spy Sweeper is the best according to http://www.consumersearch.com/www/softwa... (who are very reputible).
Running these programs in Safe Mode (tap F8 after powering on the computer and choose to boot to Safe Mode) can be more effective.
BTW - Norton removes viruses and such, not adaware/spyware that gives you loads of pop-ups.

Try Ad Aware by Lavasoft. Easy to use and it's free. See link below to tell you all about it.
Heyz.. no worries.. happens.. You often need more than one spyware remover to completly clean your p.c.
