if you say that cost doesn't matter, then go fo ZoneAlarm Internet Security, coz it's a combination of antivirus and antispyware(as advertised), i've tried McAfee Internet Security Suite before, it's superb but it's antispyware database is unsatisfactory, and it's just good for 1 yr, just like its other rival.
