Help virus!?

my computers been infected witha virus and i need a antivirus for spyware and basicly eveything to remove it! does anyone know where i can download something free so i can remove the virus?? please help me out

PCTools products do get good reviews. The good thing is they have free versions of their products. They work great. Spyware Doctor from the Google pack is a must. I highly recommend it. I bought Webroots Spysweeper and spyware doctor finds stuff spysweeper does not. Having both is a perfect combo and I recommend running two anti-spyware products.

My computer acting weird and start to going crazy?? What happen?

recently i donwload some kind of stuff on how to hack usenext to get account for free

i realised that it contain virus and i took risk to downlaod it because i think that my antivirus (bitdefender) can handle it

i also download some file after that

the problem is that when i scan the file (crack_keygen.rar) my bitdefender no problem and no virus detected. when i scan my hard disk, suddenly it scan that the file contain virus but it can be removed so i try to removed it manually and i succeed to do so

some file that i download also have virus and i removed them manually

then my comp start to going crazy it always hang and freeze

i become puzzle because i already scan using spyware doctor and bitdefender and there is no spyware or virus detected

someone plz help me to solve my problem

reformat your HD and reinstall windows

pray your motherboard and videocard bios wasn't infected

i suggest you format your system. most viruses cant been seen, use a VPN if you have to download viruses!
Reinstall OS.

there's one called Spybot search %26 destroy that's pretty good. Give it a try.
Go to www.download.com and find which ever antisoftware you like best and download it for free.
Spybot search and destroy and AdAware are two of the most frequently recommended choices, and are free.
Here are some free antispyware products. Personally I like SuperAntispyware. You can also use a spyware blocker as well. SpywareBlaster is a good tool.

Once you open it, it takes a while appears to be doing nothing, a black screen appears/disappears then eventually a notepad window pops up with things with your system.

If it doesn't have enough "administrative rights", you will have to click Start and type cmd in the search box. Right click on the CMD and click run as administrator. Navigate to where you unziped the WMIDiag.vbs file and type the name there and press enter.

Where are these viruses located and how do i get rid of them?

ive been using the free mp3 sites to get music for about 2 yrs now. (u know the ones) and we have the antivirus bitdefender and spyware docter. weve got like 33 spyware viruses and 8 virus on the computer and they wont go away they come back when you turn the computer on. i also tried running spyware docter in safe mode but they came back the next time i turned the computer on. so i thought i may aswell manually remove them . here is where they are located:- Infection Name Location Risk

Anyone know how to remove cool.exe?

Ive discovered that I have this nasty virus/worm on my pc called cool.exe and it wont go away. TYhe only way Ive found to remove it is with a program called Wintasks. I cant afford to pay that much for it, so I was wondering if anyone knew another way to get rid of this cool.exe thing, or if theres a free trial of the Wintasks program. Whatever this thing is, its causing major problems with my pc. My antivirus program really sucks and it didnt pick it up.I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks :)

I Need Help With My Laptop???

I was given a Sony Vaio PCG-731 and want to use it only for the internet and some Mircosoft Works documents. It has a 10GB hard drive, two 64MB sticks, a wireless card, and a Symantec Antivirus program.

I have a couple questions:

A) I want to know how to see how much free memory I have available so I can clear out some unnecessary stuff.

B) I seem to get these pop-up adds telling me my computer 'may' be infected and to purchase these kits to clean out any virus I might have. How do I get this to stop? When I log onto the internet these adds pop-up before my home page does. I updated my Symantec add ran a scan on my entire computer and it found and quarintined a virus/bug. But I still have problems with the adds and pop-ups. Plus my internet seems like it is slower then when I first got it. Any ideas???

C) What extra things can I do to make the internet a little bit faster (would a bigger hard drive help, is it worth it)???

Find your Hard Disk Drives.

Find the one you are using (usually C:)

On the pie chart, the blue is the used space and the magenta is the free space.
